The design and construction of the building structure utilises reinforced concrete for strength and durability. All external and internal walls are (typically) made with over-lapped high-quality 200mm/100mm wide hollow bricks to provide excellent insulation as well as good strong walls. Every property has a high-specification Damp Proof system with ground-level membrane and suitable rooftop system including membrane on flat roof areas & balconies.

Three coats of plaster are applied in all rooms, with a minimum of two coats of high quality emulsion paint (except bathrooms & WC which, like all floors, are fitted with high quality Italian ceramic tiles bonded with ISO9001-Certified adhesive). Three double electrical sockets are supplied in all rooms as standard, as are TV outlets in all bedrooms & living room as well as provision of ducting for satellite TV cabling at predetermined points.

Throughout the construction & finishing of your DND property our Project Manager and supervising Architect perform regular site visits and inspections to confirm and ensure that DND‚s high standards are being adhered to at each stage of the building process - and as you may have seen, this website contains an 'Owner's Area' where pictures and site-reports for every individual property are regularly posted so each owner can easily monitor and record their home's progress.

As well as our written guarantee for the good workmanship and quality of construction of the property, DND also (at our own expense) insure the property against all risks throughout construction and right up to the day of delivery.
